Once your purchase is completed, after choosing your desired products, completing the checkout process and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated proving that the transaction was successfully completed.

In case you do not receive such e-mail and have doubts whether your purchase was successful or not, please contact us at info@mrboho.bg and we will be happy to help you.

Once we receive your order, it will be processed as diligently as possible to meet the deadlines according to the chosen shipping method. Once the shipment leaves for its destination, you will receive a notification via sms from the corresponding courier company providing you with information about the delivery. If the shipment does not reach you within the deadline or established or if you have doubts about the status of your order, please contact us at info@mrboho.bg.

Any Customs costs associated with the delivery of the order, particularly in the case of orders outside the European Union, shall be borne by the customer.

a) Shipments

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within approximately one to seven (1-7) working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays, counting from the day of purchase. We work hard to ensure that you receive your MR.BOHO products as soon as possible and in the best condition. In case you have any questions about the status of your order we give you the option to contact us at the following email info@mrboho.bg.

During the BLACK FRIDAY campaign this period may be extended due to the high volume of orders.

b) Exchange and returns

If the MR.BOHO product you receive is not what you expected or as you expected, contact us at this email info@mrboho.bg, through which our customer service team will inform and advise you to solve it as soon as possible. The deadline to proceed with the return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchase. In the case of Returns, the return shipping costs to our Warehouse shall be borne by the customer, who may choose the shipping method of his choice.
